We specialise in automotive air-conditioning repair, servicing, and the sale of aircon parts and accessories.

All products listed on our online store are intended for use in automotive air-conditioning systems.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate, but errors may occur.
In such cases, we reserve the right to correct or cancel any order affected by incorrect information.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed securely through our website.
Payments are processed via Yoco Payment Gateway, which provides a secure and encrypted checkout process.
We do not store or have access to your payment information.
All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries. You can select one of the following shipping options at checkout:

Door-to-Door Delivery – Delivered directly to your chosen address.

PUDO Locker Pickup – Collect your parcel from a nearby locker at your convenience.

Self Pickup – Collect your order from us in Boksburg.
All orders are shipped the following morning after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for products that are unopened and unused within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the wrong parts are ordered, the customer will need to cover both the return and replacement shipping costs.

Please measure and confirm your parts carefully before placing an order.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
6. Warranty
All new parts sold by Polar Motion carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty, unless otherwise stated.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by incorrect installation or use.

Normal wear and tear.

Electrical damage or contamination from system failure.
Please ensure all air-conditioning work is done by a qualified technician to maintain warranty validity.
7. Service Bookings
Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on actual inspection or additional repairs needed.
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order, such as your name, contact details, and delivery address.
We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
All online payments are handled securely through Yoco’s encrypted payment gateway.
9. Limitation of Liability
Polar Motion is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
Installation and use of automotive parts should always be carried out by a qualified technician.
